JOHNNA MAJOR

Founder and President Johnna Major has over 20 years of business and HR experience, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Prior to starting her own company, she implemented programs and policies for well-known companies including Sebago, Inc.; Cole Haan; GoFish.com and Martin’s Point Health Care.

 

In addition to her SPHR certification, Johnna is specially trained in strategic and operational planning processes; the ADKAR change management model; the Cape Cod Model for small organizational systems; and the Six Sigma methodologies for improving processes, utilized by top corporations like Honeywell International and General Electric.

 

Johnna thrives in environments experiencing rapid growth and change, and has played a significant role in helping such companies meet their performance objectives. Outside of her corporate experience, she worked in non-profit executive management for six years with the Maine and Connecticut Chapters of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Her broad background and varied knowledge of HR positioning and structure, combined with her ability to listen to and understand your needs, makes her an ideal business partner.
